Christina Barrows’ work emerges from nearly thirty years immersed in the rigorous discipline of performance. Her therapeutic practice is built upon this rare intersection of expertise and advanced bodywork.

This lived experience forms the foundation of this innovative therapeutic practice. Through Bowenwork, she bridges the world of physical and somatic restoration; supporting elite performers and athletes in maintaining structural integrity, mitigating injury risk, and sustaining the physical instrument as one of the most complex forms of human athletic expression.

Christina is a graduate of Wagner College, Musical Theatre/Dance BA, and The American Bowen Academy, Advanced Practitioner.
